- Ensuring Annual Financial reporting with compliance to Ind-AS(MUST) and Companies Act, 2013 and audit co-ordination
- Quarterly financial reporting and Limited review
- Ensuring Implementation of RERA
- Handle Statutory Audits, Tax Audits, Internal Audit, Quarterly Limited Reviews and Cost Audit and ensuring compliance of the same
- Ensuring relevant Statutory compliances with respect to Companies Act, Accounting Standards, Income Tax, Advance Tax, VAT, Service Tax, Secretarial, RBI, Cost Audit Rules, including Monthly/Quarterly/Annual Returns and Payments
- SAP working knowledge
