Job Description/Skills Required
- The candidate is required to handle GST compliance, advisory and litigation for L&T group. He/she has to work on Digital initiatives for GST and automation.
- He has to have good knowledge of ERP working environment ( SAP preferable).
- He/She has to develop MIS for GST and oversight on GST compliances across L&T group. He/she has to drive Knowledge management initiatives on matters related to GST.
- He/she has to have good knowledge of GST law and key GST concepts.
- He/she needs to have good knowledge of evolving GST judicial precedents and rulings of Authority of Advance Ruling authority.
- He/she is required to develop good relationship with GST officials and visit department for audits/ investigations etc.
- He/she has to proactively work on keeping audit files ready for scrutiny and identify risk areas and counter measures.
