Job Description/Skills Required
- Behavioural competencies : Self motivated, Confident, interpersonal skills, perseverance, effective communication Areas of exposure : Handled accounting/audit function of mid/large companies, knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards, areas of Direct and indirect tax are required. Purpose of the position : Driving improvement projects, Test of controls, Analytics, Forensic Investigation and review, Business process improvements, Analysis & development Job responsibilities : Primary Process Reviews : Accounts Payable, Transaction audit, test of controls & efficiency improvements Payroll & Employee reimbursements – test of controls, fraud investigation, transaction audits and efficiency improvements, Developing dashboards for Analysis, MIS and identifying exceptions Participating in Business process Analytics & continuous improvement projects Designing & publishing monthly & quarterly MIS to F&A and HR Heads.
