Summary of Vacancy- Document Controller

Job Role or Description

• Controlling company and project documentation in MOSS system
• Maintain TQs, Letter and correspondence log
• Provide Weekly and Monthly status reports to Project Controls team
• MR upload in Client system (EPM)
• Vendor documentation and management in MOSS with SCM team
• Co-ordination for Fabrication drawings through moss and upload response in MOSS
• Maintain of access matrix for Internal and external share folder
• Preparation and Control of Document Control procedure
• Conducting regular reviews and document audit
• Document submission to COMPANY on Daily basis
• Sorting, storing and retrieving electronic and hard copy documents on behalf of clients and industry professionals
• Ensuring all documentation meets formal requirements and required standards
• To liaise with and distribute project related information with all levels of the project team and potentially external parties
