- — Program management experience – ability to manage a project work plan and update accordingly
- — Ability to manage multiple workstreams
- — Ability to prioritize work load
- — Ability to connect the dots between workstreams, reports, and programs
- — Ability to think ahead and proactivity execute on follow-up actions
- — Confidence to speak up on team calls, ask questions and provide data to support decision making
- — Ability to think outside the box – some jobs are not a cut & paste exercise
- — Ability to track budget usage and estimate completion dates/budget consumption
- — Ability to set up meeting agendas
- — Ability to take summarized notes that capture key actions
- — Good communication skills (verbal and written)
- — Ability to proactively manage reporting deadlines and prepare draft reports for my review at least 2 days prior to deadlines
- — Ability to work with global financial data and produce slides that slice and dice data in various formats (Powered BI experience a plus)
- — Proficient PowerPoint and Excel skills are mandatory
