Job Description/Skills Required
Roles and Responsibilities:
- This role requires deep subject matter expertise in survey design, statistical analyses, visualization, and synthesis of results suitable for internal and external presentation
- This role is responsible for the global development of the CIO content for the Firm’s Technology Survey.
- Collaborating with other COEs, external service providers, and the Firm’s marketing teams this individual will contribute to hypotheses development, instrument design, data analyses (including region and sector-specific analyses), and synthesis of findings for internal and external publication.
- This role also supports the firm’s responses to media inquiries driven by survey publication.
- This role will also support CIO COE knowledge management activities (e.g., capturing of knowledge articles, supporting communities of practice and contributing to global knowledge management efforts.
- The role also provides support, as needed, to Future of IT and IT Operating Model asset development
- The preferred candidate for this role will have an undergraduate degree (but master’s degree preferred) in a data analytics field from a top-tier institution and experience with KPMG survey analyses.
- The preferred candidate should be fluent with visualization tools (e.g., powered BI). As this role requires collaboration with a variety of internal and external global stakeholders, strong communication and facilitation skills are essential.
