Job Role & Responsibilities
- IT Sourcer – Strong IT hiring skills , with excellent sourcing skills from linkedin , naukri & various other chanels . (Should have experience in hiring for multiple skills like SAP , Java cyber security )
- IT Recruiter Role – Strong IT hiring expert with stakeholder management skills . Should have hired for GCC companies – SAP , Java , Cloud , azure .
- Non IT – Strong sourcing skills , preferred from consulting , executive search firms .
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Basic understanding of IT systems, Knowledge of MS office ( MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word etc)
- Have the ability to work under pressure stringent deadlines and tough client conditions which may demand extended working hours
- Demonstrate integrity, values, principles, and work ethic
