Job Description/Skills Required
- B. Com, M. Com, Inter CA (Any finance qualification)
- Minimum 4-7 years of relevant experience
- Strong understanding of accounting
- Hands on experience with SAP and tools like Blackline, cadency etc.
- Must have good hands-on experience on Microsoft Excel/PPT/Power BI
- Requires a proactive approach and verbal / written communication.
- Should have strong interpersonal skill to interact with Management, Stakeholder, and peers effectively.
- Ability to communicate and document problems, resolutions, and action plans.
Key responsibilities
- Accountable for Month close processes – Journal entry preparation, account reconciliations, fixed asset accounting, intercompany accounting, cash & bank accounting, financial reporting etc
- Responsible for processing of Record to report area based on assigned responsibilities.
- Prepare audit schedule and coordination with the auditors, as required.
- Responsible for adhering & supporting the SLA/KPIs
- Responsible for driving productivity & process transformation & efficiencies by generating ideas.
