Key Responsibilities:

Candidate Profile:

Minimum 6 years of overall banking experience, with at least 3–4 years in Retail Liabilities

Must have direct sales exposure, especially in banking products

Education: MBA / CA / CAIIB preferred

Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills

Knowledge of financial markets, instruments, and macroeconomic trends

Proactive, goal-driven, and customer-centric

Should be comfortable working in a field sales environment
