• Position: Relationship Manager – Branch Banking

• Experience Required: 2 – 7 Years

• Location: New Delhi, Gurugram, Delhi NCR

• Salary Range: ₹4.75 – ₹6 LPA

• Job Type: Full Time, Permanent

🔍 Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of 1000–1500 C-category customers from 2–3 branches

• Cross-sell banking products: Home Loan, Personal Loan, LAP, Gold Loan, Business Loan, Working Capital, Vehicle Loan, CA, SA, TD

• Sell third-party products: Life Insurance, General Insurance, Mutual Funds

• Deepen existing relationships and ensure client retention

• Generate new business through referrals and family households

• Ensure category upgrades and high customer satisfaction

• Provide full product demonstrations – both online and offline

• Activate new accounts and onboard customers with all facilities

✅ Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in banking, finance, or NBFCs

• Proficient in customer engagement (in-person, video call, telecalling)

• Strong knowledge of retail financial products and customer service

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Must be proactive, energetic, and target-oriented

• Willingness to work from branch locations within Delhi NCR
