🔑 Key Responsibilities:

• Source and acquire new CASA (Current & Savings Account) customers via field sales, referrals, and cold calls.
• Ensure customer onboarding, KYC, and documentation are completed.
• Cross-sell banking products like FD, RD, Debit/Credit Cards, and Insurance.
• Achieve assigned acquisition and revenue targets.
• Build long-term customer relationships and identify new business opportunities.
• Adhere to compliance, process, and service quality standards.

👤 Desired Candidate Profile:

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 6 months – 3 years of sales experience (preferably in BFSI or field sales).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Target-driven, with ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.
• Driving license and two-wheeler preferred.
