🔑 Key Responsibilities:
- Source and acquire new CASA (Current & Savings Account) customers via field sales, referrals, and cold calls.
- Ensure customer onboarding, KYC, and documentation are completed.
- Cross-sell banking products like FD, RD, Debit/Credit Cards, and Insurance.
- Achieve assigned acquisition and revenue targets.
- Build long-term customer relationships and identify new business opportunities.
- Adhere to compliance, process, and service quality standards.
👤 Desired Candidate Profile:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 6 months – 3 years of sales experience (preferably in BFSI or field sales).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Target-driven, with ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.
- Driving license and two-wheeler preferred.
