As an Acquisition Manager – CASA, you will play a key role in acquiring and managing customer relationships for Current Accounts (CA) and Savings Accounts (SA).
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Acquire new CASA customers through field sales, referrals, and marketing campaigns.
✅ Ensure KYC compliance, accurate documentation, and account activation.
✅ Drive account usage and ensure balance maintenance.
✅ Cross-sell banking products like loans, insurance, and mutual funds.
✅ Meet monthly and quarterly acquisition targets.
✅ Maintain compliance with all internal and external audit standards.
