📋 Job Description:
Looking for candidates fluent in Malayalam, with strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset. This role involves outbound calling, lead generation, and assisting PSU Bank managers in understanding insurance products.
🔑 Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to bank managers of PSU banks
- Explain insurance products and resolve customer queries
- Generate high-quality leads and convert prospects
- Fix appointments or schedule meetings for relationship managers
- Maintain and update CRM/leads tracker
- Handle objections and follow-up with potential clients
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly calling & conversion targets
- Share feedback on call quality, customer sentiment, and market updates
✅ Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Fluency in Malayalam is mandatory
- Education: Any Graduate
- Experience: 0–4 Years in customer service / tele-calling / BPO / BFSI sales
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills
- Goal-oriented and proactive attitude
- Willingness to work from the office, Mumbai location
