Eligibility Criteria:
- Qualification: Graduate in Commerce (B.Com) / BBA
- Experience: 1-8 years in Accounts Payable / 1-7 years in Order to Cash
- Freshers: Not eligible (Minimum 12 months of relevant experience is mandatory)
Accounts Payable Responsibilities:
- Review and process invoices, resolve issues, and release payments
- Handle PO, non-PO, and utilities invoice processing
- Conduct invoice auditing and payment processing
- Work with SAP, Navision, or other ERPs
- Maintain compliance and meet process SLAs
Order to Cash Responsibilities:
- Validate Purchase Orders (PO) and manage billing
- Interact with clients for feedback and support
- Manage collections and dispute resolution
- Meet collection targets and maintain customer relationships
- Identify process improvement opportunities
