Job Role or Description
In this role, you will be responsible for all the activities related to month end closing activities.
- Follow up with GBS for processing of invoices Fuel Purchase Accounting & Reconciliation MIS reports for Operational & Fuel Cost Monthly actual vs budget for O&M Cost for EC Presentation MIS & other activities MIS preparation of EBIDTA Review MIS (related party transactions, foreign exposure variances) Custody and monitoring of bank guarantees issued and received Fund allocation Coordinating with HO for funds allocation Continuous regulation of expenses Review and approval of payment batches Payments Payment authorization on bank portal Approval of statutory payments Bank liasioning Invoice generation Receivable ageing AR Customer follow-up Creation of any debit/credit note Customer RecoCustomer Receipts – Follow up with GBS for processing of Receipts IND AS compliances IFC compliances XBRL formalities Generate and provide supporting documentation for period end entries Review of prepaid expense postings Follow ups for GR/IR Follow ups for advances GL Consolidation Validate OSL liabilities Review draft cost run Review of trial balance & finalisation Executive summary preparation for sharing with management Help in Preparation of Standalone RWPL & BLMCL accounts and schedules with (Notes to accounts) BRS support Bankers stock audit Assist in internal and statutory audits Assist in tax hearings and compliance
