The Role
This role under Quality Checker groups includes but not limited to 1. All KYC and AML policies applicable worldwide are adhered to while onboarding 2. Regulatory requirements for each region is fulfilled via accurate documentation and risk review and 3. Will be responsible for conducting periodic reviews of client’s KYC documentation stored in internal repositories and publicly available information using a systematic Risk Score carding process. 4. Partner with Engineering groups to achieve strategic workflow solutions and enhancements. 5. Partner with Sales, Business and clients closely to achieve the right business outcome. Key skills and interests include:
- Qualification – Minimum Graduate and a Fresher CA pass.
- Completed 3 years of Articleship
- Post CA Work Experience: 0 – 6 Months
- A well-rounded academic background with an interest in financial management
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and collaborative work environment
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of financial statements, accounting procedures, internal and external reporting, and variance analysis
- Excel and PowerPoint proficiency
- Comfortable to join our offices in Mumbai ,Bengaluru & Hyderabad
- Willing to work in different time zones
- Excellent aptitude to solve problems
- Curiosity to learn and engage continuously across teams and divisions

You’ll make an impact by:
- Work closely with line of business and operations
- Work with the different sub functions for research and resolution of various line items
- Manage the monthly/quarterly/half yearly and yearly deadlines
- Develop and maintain financial reports and schedules to be in line with US / LOCAL GAAP
- To work with client service team/onshore teams from time to time
- To prepare the US Reg /Local Reg reporting within definite timelines
- To adhere to SOX, RCSA, Audits, QA, and other MIS functions
- Perform various control procedures to ensure the integrity of reported financial results
- Monitoring and analysis of key drivers impacting business performance against plan & forecast including providing insightful commentaries.
- Identifying, assessing, validating best practices and propagating them across other businesses
- Providing support for adhoc requests such as business review decks, process re-engineering, implementation of new regulations/policies
