Job Responsibilities:
Marketing and Deal Support: Prepare marketing materials, including market updates, pricing updates, earnings summaries, case studies, benchmarking, and more. Contribute to RfPs and independently work on execution projects such as analyst presentations and due diligence questionnaires.
Financial Analysis: Analyze financial statements, prepare trading and transaction comparables, and develop financial models. Perform various types of financial analysis, including ratings and capital structure analysis.
Research: Source and interpret information from various data sources. Develop views on specific industries and track potential opportunities for new client prospecting.
Industry/Product Coverage: Develop and apply industry/market fundamentals for clients globally. Track emerging sectors and product themes to pitch potential ideas.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
CA/MBA from a top-tier school or professional qualification in Accountancy/Finance with an excellent academic record or up to 1 year of experience in the financial services industry.
Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
Awareness of banking solutions and services. Proficiency in accounting, financial analysis, and financial modeling.
Ability to multi-task and handle multiple deliverables/projects efficiently.
Attention to detail and high-quality output under pressure.
Strong team player with integrity, ability to work independently, and proactive approach.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills. Ability to interpret large datasets and provide insights.
