- ICWA (Cost Accountant) certification is a must.
- Proven experience in costing, preferably in manufacturing or production industries.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
