Qualifications:
- Preferable: CA/MBA
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in credit management, specifically in personal loans
- Previous experience in a leadership role is required
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee credit management processes for personal loans within the region
- Develop and implement credit policies and procedures to ensure efficient loan processing
- Lead and mentor a team of credit officers and ensure their professional growth
- Conduct credit assessments and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Work closely with other departments to enhance overall customer experience and portfolio quality
