Job Role or Description
- Coordination with Shipping agency & collect the shipping Documents and send to Tanzania immediate for processing VAT Exemption from Authorities. Preparation of Commercial Invoice for IPC (Interim Payment Certificate) & send to Tanzania for Payment process from Client. Document submission in EXIM Bank, India for all Supply & Service Invoices as per LC term Follow up with the EXIM Bank, Delhi office for Payment disbursement Submission of documents for Export-Import Incentive claims on time Maintenance of Bill wise Supply & Service bill Claim & Payment register. Sub-Contractor bill & Service Bill reconciliation. Exim Bank Reconciliation with IEC Account Maintain the Breakup as per EXIM Bank Guidelines 75%-25%
