Key Responsibilities:
📊 Sales and Operational Planning:
1. Control order inflow and synchronize with production capabilities.
2. Develop and implement weekly and monthly dispatch plans to achieve EBITDA targets.
3. Optimize working capital involved in stock to enhance financial efficiency.
💼 Commercial Planning:
1. Monitor EBITDA through weekly/monthly analysis of NSR and costs.
2. Keep a watchful eye on working capital by managing receivables and advances effectively.
🔍 Theory of Constraints (TOC):
1. Analyze weekly sales and collection data based on TOC principles.
2. Identify and eliminate constraints in business processes for improved operational efficiency.
💰 Collection and Sales Analysis:
1. Collaborate with the finance team to analyze and optimize the collection process.
2. Strategize with the sales team to enhance overall sales performance.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
2. 4 years of experience in a similar role within the industry.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting tools.
