Job Description/Skills Required
- Will be an inherent part of the Corporate Finance team leading all the aspects of financial due diligence and modelling
- Communicate with internal and external clients on model factors, forecasts, performance, strength and weakness, and risk/valuation implications.
- Will be responsible for providing strategic inputs post due diligence to the management
- Ability to meticulously create financial models for Structured finance, Capex, lease, Financial Instruments etc.
- Will be responsible for owning and updating the financial models and forecasts based on market input
- Strong analytical and financial skills
- Research and analyses including key industry trends, financial analyses.
