Job Role or Description
- Client Management: Customer handling, calling, explaining financials and issues; timely reply of customer mails and queries, F2F meeting with customers and discussions. 2. Knowledge of Excel/ Word and capability of working on software system 3. Logging sales in system, tracking demands and collection, Generating invoices, booking payments and other CRM related activities. 4. Follow ups, Receipt generation, updating in system and reconciliation. 5. Monthly Report generation and validation. 6. Coordination with project for invoicing & disputes, and with F&A for reconciliation of transactions. Communication with customers for Updating Final Areas, Other Charges and PLCs and penalties.
