Job Role: Business Development Executive
Job Responsibilities:
- Acquisition of CASA & liabilities a/c from cold calling, market reference.
- Non-Financial Responsibilities, Responsible for implementing sales and marketing activities within a branch in order to grow the Liabilities business and achievement of sales targets.
- Ensure Liability acquisition targets are met by developing new relationships and leveraging existing ones within the customer base.
- Responsible for acquiring new customers through multiple channels campaigns, branch walk ins, referrals from existing customers, through industry bodies and associations and through running industry
- Achieving overall numbers and value targets as per scorecard.
- Ensuring timely opening of accounts and giving smooth on boarding experience to NTB customers
Job Role: Personal Banker
- Acquire new customers by generating leads from the market and from existing customers
- Achieving PB annual income plan on MTD and YTD basis and driving the sales of the branch for achievement of the Branch target segment/product wise.
- Maintain the hygiene parameters like Re-KYC, Aadhar seeding, PAN updating etc above the benchmark for the portfolio.
- Tracking the quality parameters of the portfolio like eligible customer base, CTG ratio, income product penetration ratio and others
- Upgrading customer on the 4 pillar of digital banking like banking transaction, bill payment, shopping, investing and loans.
- Migrate customers to digital products like net banking, mobile banking, and inform about digital asset products.
- Maintain the list of Active and Inactive customers for both CA & SA and engage with the customers for balance build up and cross sell of bank and third party products.
Job Role: Current Account- RM
1. Client Acquisition::
- Identify potential clients through research, referrals, and cold calling.
- Conduct meetings and presentations to showcase the benefits of our current account offerings.
- Convert leads into active clients by effectively communicating the value proposition of our products.
- Build the Current Account book.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell banking products and services that align with clients’ needs and preferences.
- Achieve sales targets by promoting various banking products, such as POS, QR, MB/IB/CIB.
2. Sales Target:
- Set and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Develop and execute strategies to meet or exceed sales goals and contribute to revenue growth.
3. Product Knowledge:
- Gain in-depth knowledge of our current account products, features, and benefits.
- Articulate product details to potential clients, addressing their needs and demonstrating how our offerings meet their financial requirements.
4. Relationship Building:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing personalized attention and exceptional customer service.
- Stay in regular contact with clients to understand their evolving financial needs.
1. Market Research:
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments to position our products effectively.
- Use market insights to adapt your sales approach and tailor solutions for different client segments.
Required Candidate Profile:
- Candidate with 1+ Years of experience in BFSI
- Applicable for both Male/Female candidates
- Must be minimum graduate
- Age limit is upto 28 yrs
