• Acquire new-to-bank (NTB) customers through walk-ins, referrals, and field visits

• Cross-sell banking products such as CASA accounts, QR codes, sound boxes, and digital services

• Meet daily sales targets and maintain relationship with new and existing customers

• Activate net banking, mobile banking, and family account services

• Ensure achievement of scorecard metrics related to acquisition, value, and activation

🎯 Desired Candidate Profile:

• Education: Any Graduate / Postgraduate

• Experience: 1–6 years in sales or banking preferred

• Skills: Field sales, relationship building, banking product knowledge, communication
