About the Role
We are hiring Relationship Managers for Home Loans, LAP, and Mortgages in Coimbatore and nearby regions.
This role involves driving sales, building customer relationships, and promoting bank offerings through strategic campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
- Achieve business targets in assigned branches.
- Develop and maintain business relationships with customers, DSAs, and connectors.
- Promote and source Housing Loans/LAP business leveraging existing branch networks.
- Maintain customer satisfaction post-disbursement and ensure long-term relationships.
- Support collections teams to maintain 100% non-delinquency in branch portfolios.
- Conduct campaigns and marketing initiatives to promote bank products.
- Train DSAs/Connectors on products to generate quality proposals.
- Achieve cross-sell targets and implement strategic sales plans.
Education & Experience
🎓 Qualification: Graduation mandatory
💼 Experience: 1.5 – 5 years in banking, sales, or mortgage/loan domain
Compensation & Benefits
- CTC: ₹2,00,000 – ₹4,00,000 per annum (up to 25% hike from current CTC)
