J.P. Morgan, a global leader in financial services, is seeking a Wholesale Credit Risk Analyst to join its Commercial & Investment Bank (CIB) vertical in Mumbai. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Chartered Accountant (CA) with a keen interest in financial markets, corporate finance, and credit analysis to make an impact in one of the world’s most prestigious firms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive credit risk analysis of clients, including financial, business, and industry analysis.
- Prepare detailed credit risk analysis reports and make informed recommendations on credit facilities and internal credit ratings.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of specific sectors and track ongoing sector and client developments.
- Collaborate with Corporate Bankers, Credit Officers, and global teams to innovate processes and products.
- Maintain updated credit tracking and inform Credit Officers and Bankers of key changes.
Qualifications:
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
- Strong interest in financial markets, corporate finance, and credit analysis.
- Excellent quantitative and analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certified Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) is a plus but not required.
