1. F&B Cost Controller
Responsibilities:
- Oversee food and beverage cost management
- Analyze and monitor inventory, purchase orders, and consumption
- Ensure accurate pricing and budgeting in line with hotel policies
Requirements: - Proven experience in F&B cost control within the hospitality industry
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Excel
2. Payables Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts payable processes and vendor relationships
- Oversee invoice processing, payments, and reconciliations
- Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and standards
Requirements: - Prior experience in payables supervision, preferably in the hotel or hospitality industry
- Attention to detail and excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office
