🔬 Key Skills:
– Fresher to 2 Year of experience in customer support or voice process.
– Address general requests and concerns of internal and external customers.
– Serve as primary contact for investigator sites enrolled in active clinical trials.
– Liaise with investigator sites to notify of alert values, critical values, data clarifications and data revision requests.
Shift Timing: 5:00 am to 2:00 pm
Job Location: Thane, Mumbai
Qualification: B.A/BCom/BBA
Mode of Work: Office based
