Job Responsibilities:
- Report audit findings to management and ensure corrective actions are implemented
- Conduct process audits to measure compliance and suggest improvements
- Audit branches across India and report non-compliance and deviations
- Test and report on the effectiveness of internal controls
- Conduct IT audits and report findings
Desired Candidate Profile:
- CA or Inter CA with 6-10 years of Internal Audit experience, preferably in the BFSI sector
- Strong analytical, organizational, collaborative, and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and presentation skills
- Willingness to travel
- Preference for candidates with an IT degree
