Role overview
In this role, we are looking for an accounting Graduate/Postgraduate (B.com/M.com/BBA/MBA-Finance) with 5 plus years of experience in RTR domain. Must having Team handling Experience.
Roles & Responsibilities
Candidate should end to end RTR process knowledge
Should have good knowledge in journal entry processing, including accrual, prepayment amortizations, reclassification of JEs, etc.
Should have good knowledge in balance sheet reconciliation and bank reconciliation
Should have handled accounting tools such as SAP, JD Edwards, or any ERP (financial module)
Should have team handling experience
Should be Flexible to work in night shifts
Good written and verbal communication skills
Good analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to balance team and client discussions
Responsible for managing RTR KPI & CPI Targets as per the defined SLAs
Should be Flexible to work in morning shift
Role : Assistant Manager – Finance & Accounting
