Trade Processing Senior Analyst 3-5 years experience
Educations B.com and MBA or equivalent degree

Job Requirements
– Sound knowledge of all security types including equities, bonds, interest rate swaps, credit default swaps, total return swaps, futures, options, asset-backed securities, bank loans, short-term securities and foreign exchange.
– Daily trade confirmation, coordinating with counterparties and processing trades in the systems
– Responsible for trade booking and matching
– Follow up on trade and settlement issues with counterparties/traders/brokers and clients.
– Work closely with other team member with middle office and support team to resolve trade related issues.
– Investigate on pending trade settlement, cash and position breaks and trade discrepancy.
– Perform daily, weekly and monthly reconciliation between client, counter party, fund admin and prime broker data
– Participate in ad-hoc projects and meetings.
– Assist manager in meeting SLA ad-hoc process and UAT.
– Prepare and deliver daily reports to clients.
Skills Required
– B.com MBA (Finance) with 3-5 years of Trade processing and confirmation experience
– Should know product life cycle of CDS IRS, EQ, SWAPS, OTC Options, Futures, FX
– Hands on with MS excel will be preferred.
– Experience in settlement wire processing
– Good in written and business communications.

Trade Processing Team Lead 6-9 years experience

Job Requirements
– Strong knowledge of trading capturing and clearing process for various products like equities, bonds, interest rate swaps, credit default swaps, total return swaps, futures, options
– Good understanding of on collateral maintenance and reviewing of margins reports from broker and position maintenance of future and options contracts
– Knowledge of trade processing and reconciliation of collateral holdings with that of clearing brokers records
– Understanding of Eagle application will be an added advantage
– Experience in preparation of process guidelines, standard operation procedures and checklist
– Review customer complaints and take immediate action and ensure customer satisfactions level are kept high
– Ensure no trades are pending in the internal system on give day and propre procedures are followed in clearing the trades in the systems
– Keen understanding of risk management framework for trading platforms
– Work with technology teams to implement new products, new regulatory requirements and change policies vis formalizing of process flow KPI updates and training
– Ability to learn and master all inventory, accounting, and trading systems
– Ability to consistently, perform in a time sensitive environment with multiple daily deadlines
– Desire to provide exceptional client service to internal and external contacts
– Support the team with QA check campaigns and account execution and optimization
– Communicate performance opportunities and issues with team while providing ideas for solutions
– Perform regular analyses and make data driven recommendations.
– Produce insights, reports and commentary for clients
– Strong Microsoft Office skills
