We are hiring for Microsoft Exchange Administrator please walk in for an interview on the 28th and 29th of June 2023 at the Hyderabad & Bangalore location.
Job Description::
- Excellent communication skills CEFR:: B2, C1, C2.
- Work experience on a Service Desk with good knowledge Admin level experience with any Office365 products (MS Teams, Exchange, SharePoint, etc.).
- Working knowledge of Active Directory, Exchange, email migrations, hybrid migrations, Office365 application troubleshooting, and general Office365 technical support.
- Experience with Rave, DFM, Service Now, Remedy, Control M, or similar ticketing tools with ticket priority and severity knowledge.
- Research, resolve, and respond to questions in a timely manner.
- Knowledge of Incident Management lifecycle.
- Aware of current role SLA and Metrics handled.
- Talents should be based out of Hyderabad
- Work from Office is mandatory, No option for hybrid and WFH.
- 24*7 Shifts are mandatory
- Split weekly offs/weekday offs.
Process Skills
- Mandatory experience on L1 Service Desk/CS-Semi tech / Blended Voice process with Email/Outlook & chat experience.
- Recent projects/Processes should be based on SD assistance.
Good to have:
- Prior experience with MS Related support Projects preferably Concierge or Premier
- Relevant Microsoft certifications
