- To know about Transfer pricing, analyze various intercompany transactions and arrive at appropriate arm’s length price.
- Analyze SDT transactions and international transactions separately.
- Understanding of the OECD BEPS Action plan and basically understanding the three-tier documentation structure prescribed by OECD including Master File, Local files and CBCR.
- Able to timely deliver all the compliances all across the globe without any misses on the due date.
- Liasoning with auditors, business and various other finance teams for collection of data, providing clarifications and designing appropriate TP policies.
- Preparation of appropriate Transfer pricing reports, local files as per the local laws requirements
- Preparation of responses to various notices issued by the tax authorities across the globe.
Qualiification: – Qualified CA ONLY, max 2 attempts in IPCC & finals both.
Experience: – 0 to 3 yrs post qualification
