Roles and Responsibilities
Providing valuable data driven financial insights to senior management and supporting strategic decision-making, ultimately contributing to the financial stability and growth of the company
Leading financial planning, forecasting and controls through an operating model framework.
Forecasting P&L cost and revenue along with variance analysis, backed with a clear action plan for improvements, and highlighting appropriate risks and opportunities to attain financial goals.
Effectively communicate and manage Internal / External stakeholders. Lead month end book closure, Finance Audits and statutory compliances.
Improvise senior leadership reporting processes, simplify and strengthen existing process & systems to facilitate faster decision making and improved governance.
Ensure confidentiality and integrity of financial information by establishing strong internal controls.
Due diligence of org level employee Compensation & Benefits programs, its governance, and associated payouts.
Review and execute employee policies to protect the organization from various financial, regulatory, and business risks, etc.
