Job Description/Skills Required
- To ensure transaction monitoring plan is met as per sampling plan (Recording Errors & providing feedback)
- Conduct RCA, arrive at improvement plan & publish report
(SLA’s, Customer Complains, escalations, etc.)
- Ensure calibration process to have minimum deviation
- Ensure adherence to SA/IA or integrated framework
- Implementation of Customer Complaint Handling System
- Ensure risk avoidance/mitigation using appropriate tools and techniques like FMEA, etc.
- Sound knowledge on Quality principles
- Conduct COPC (table F) to ensure Process Capability
- Conduct SOP audits and contribute towards knowledge management
- Contribute towards lean deployment and process improvement through opportunity identification and innovative thinking
- Bring about quality improvement through Six sigma/Lean training and certification
- Understand and comply to contractual commitments
- Six Sigma Green Belt trained / certified
- Should have been a part of the Quality team for 3+ years Qualification Graduate – B. Com / M.Com / CA Inter / CMA Inter / BBM / MBA Desired / Preferred Skills Desirable: Prior knowledge of F&A – P2P, O2C and R2R, Green Belt Certified / Trained Business Focus:
