Responsibilities:
Effectively executes take calls of clients customers
Resolves query/issues as per deliverables outlined
Follows all pre-defined procedures to meet SLA Target and ensure performance parameters are met
Maintains voice quality as per standard agreed
Handles repetitive calls and strives for target maximization in order to meet quality standards
Work From Office from Bangalore location.
Need to have good communication in Hindi and English.
Need to Flexible of week off(Sunday fixed off and 1 rostered off from Monday to Saturday).
Minimum Education 10+2+3 Full Time
