- Process Executive P2P Good typing skills Analytical skills Good communication skills (the helpdesk personnel need to have excellent command over the language and good client management skills) University graduate with minimum of 15 years of education with Bachelors/masters degree in commerce Experience of 0-2 years in accounting Process Specialist P2P Perform day to day Accounts Payable activities with required speed and accuracy (invoice processing, vendor queries, vendor setups/maintenance, invoice exception resolution, Invoice reconciliation, payment proposal generation, payment, Reporting, mailbox management ) Act as SME for the AP process Follow the documented procedures, understanding of Client processes, active team player with good communication and documentation skills Sound analytical & interpersonal skills Understanding of the relevant F&A Processes Strong customer orientation Problem solving skills University graduate with minimum of 15 years of education with Bachelors/Masters Degree in Commerce Senior Level Bachelors in Commerce/ Masters in Commerce/ MBA with >3 years experience, 2 years in BPO industry, experience in AP would be an advantage Expertise in MS office & Internet Good Knowledge of Accounts payable processes Fluency in English language Good Business awareness, Team work, Adaptability, time management Experience in Apparel business/retail/SAP AFS is preferable
