Job Role or Description
- Behaviors & Attributes: Good written and verbal communication skills. Understanding of Order Management & Telecom domain/jargons Knowledge and understanding of analytics and MIS tools Very good customer service orientation Able to interpret and follow process document guidelines Enthusiastic and able to drive own activities Able to communicate to the point in a quick and effective manner, ability to summarize information Role Activities: Telecom background or Order Management experience is MUST Conducts training for the team in Order to Ensure right skilling Supports the TL by training people on process/domain as part of the growth plan Responsible to handle daily volume queue management Production support/ Mentor new members of the respective team Develop effective working relationship with internal and external clients Possess very good communication skills Written and Verbal Able to resolve process queries Ability to come up with process improvement ideas and drive them to closure Maintaining SOPs, Process update tracker and Artifacts for audits Proactively raise any issues early in the process to team leads as well as be able to propose improvement suggestions in day to day work. Be able to interpret requests and determine what is required to achieve the desired goals
