Shift 1: 6:30 AM – 3:30 PM

🎓 Required Qualification

Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB)
🧠 Key Responsibilities
JL 4B – Assistant Manager Level:
-
Draft, review & negotiate commercial contracts
-
Interact with client Legal teams to discuss fall-back provisions
-
Experience with SOWs, MSAs, amendments, sponsorships, etc.
-
Ensure performance standards and quality checks are met
-
Lead teams, prepare project reports, and handle escalations
-
Manage client-facing responsibilities and contract lifecycle
JL 4A – Process Lead / Specialist Level:
-
Draft & negotiate various commercial agreements
-
Project manage contract requests from start to execution
-
Handle queue management and vendor interactions
-
Strong communication, negotiation, and process improvement skills
-
Exposure to client relationship management & escalations
🔧 Skills & Tools

Strong legal writing and analytical skills

Proficient in MS Office

Experience using contract databases and legal tools

Excellent verbal and written communication
