🧠 Role Overview

As an Email Marketing Specialist, you will be an integral part of the Martech team supporting the end-to-end campaign process—strategy execution, optimization, data-driven targeting, and reporting using Oracle platforms and SQL.

💼 Key Responsibilities

• Full cycle campaign management: setup, audience segmentation, testing, execution, reporting
• Platforms used:
  • Oracle Responsys
  • Oracle Unity CDP
  • Oracle Infinity IQ
• SQL-based data selection and query building
• Performance reporting & trend analysis
• Personalization & A/B testing implementation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on digital strategy
• Ensure campaign performance meets quality and compliance benchmarks

✅ Required Skills & Experience

• 4+ years in Oracle Responsys, Oracle Unity, and Oracle Infinity IQ
• Strong SQL skills for data analysis and segmentation
• Advanced Excel (Pivot tables, analytics)
• Martech experience with hyper-personalization and digital performance insights
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and highly organized
