Position: Training Auditor / Process Lead
Experience Required: 4 – 8 Years

Qualification: Full-Time Graduate (15 years of education mandatory)
💼 Key Responsibilities:

Audit training processes for transition and BAU accounts
-
Prepare audit reports and recommend corrective actions

Identify risk, inefficiencies, and process optimization areas

Conduct sampling, data analysis, and batch observations
-
Deliver or support communication/voice & accent training
-
Collaborate with SMEs, team leads, and management teams
-
Coach and develop trainers across the organization
✅ Must-Have Skills & Requirements:

2–3 years of experience in Training, Coaching, or Quality Audits
-
Voice & Accent Coaching or Communication Coach experience (4+ years preferred)
-
Excellent written and spoken English

Strong analytical, documentation, and reporting skills

Familiarity with Service Desk/Customer Service environments

MS Office proficiency (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Willingness to relocate, travel, and work in rotational shifts

Coaching certification is a plus
