💼 Job Responsibilities

Conduct due diligence on prospective clients in line with UK regulatory requirements.

Analyze financial crime risks and review client frameworks.
-
Collaborate with Transaction Monitoring teams to detect suspicious payment flows.
-
Draft and submit First Line Assessment reports for senior stakeholders.
-
Support implementation of updated AML/KYC policies.
-
Identify areas of process improvement for compliance efficiency.
-
Collaborate with internal teams to align client information requests.
-
Support production and analysis of Management Information (MI) reports.
✅ Candidate Requirements
-
Experience: 5–8 years in Financial Crime Operations (KYC Due Diligence / AML / CDD).

Strong knowledge of UK AML regulatory requirements and practical KYC applications.

Excellent communication & analytical skills.

Graduation in any discipline (mandatory 15 years full-time education).

Flexible to work in rotational shifts (including UK/US night shifts).
