🔹 Job Role & Responsibilities:
- Handle & process financial transactions from paper and digital channels (ATMs, mobile, RDC, lockboxes).
- Ensure accuracy in transaction entries as per MICR line.
- Review debits/credits and resolve discrepancies.
- Manage Positive Pay Exceptions and deposit returns.
- Support account opening and servicing for savings, CDs, and money market accounts.
- Collaborate across functions for smooth banking operations.
🔹 Required Skills & Eligibility:
- Qualification: Commerce Graduates only (B.Com mandatory).
- Experience: 1–3 Years.
- Knowledge of deposit operations, banking procedures, and financial processing.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); advanced Excel preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ready to work in night shifts (US shifts – 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM).
- Immediate joiners preferred.
🔹 Interview Guidelines:
- Carry updated resume & 2 photo ID proofs (PAN/Driving License/Passport/Voter ID).
- Bring all original educational documents (10th, 12th, Graduation – Marksheets & Certificates).
- Carry charger and ear/headphones for assessments.
- Do not carry laptops/cameras due to security restrictions.
- Original Govt. ID mandatory for entry.
