📝 Job Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end contract lifecycle, quality checks, and risk analysis

Review and negotiate commercial and legal terms in agreements
-
Draft low-to-mid complexity contracts: SOWs, MSAs, Amendments, Sponsorships, Donation Letters, etc.

Maintain compliance with internal performance standards and external regulations
-
Use of tools like MS Office, legal databases, and documentation platforms
👤 Candidate Profile
-
Education: Graduate (preferred Bachelor of Law – LLB or similar)
-
Strong knowledge of contract terms, legal risk mitigation, and compliance
-
Excellent communication, analytical, and drafting skills
-
Flexible to work in at least 2 out of 3 shifts
🕒 Shift Timings:

Shift 1: 06:30 AM – 03:30 PM

Shift 2: 01:30 PM – 10:30 PM

Shift 3: 09:30 PM – 06:30 AM
🧠 Must be willing to work from office (Monday to Wednesday) – non-negotiable.
