🔍 Roles & Responsibilities:
🔹 Order Booking / Entry:
- 3–4 years of experience in end-to-end order booking
- Strong understanding of order validation and order flow
- Must have worked in SAP
- Exposure to international BPO preferred
- Flexible with rotational shifts
🔹 Order Generation / Orchestration:
- Experience in order management and international trade
- Ability to handle wide range of retail products
- Coordinate with manufacturing and logistics teams
- Track, manage, and resolve order discrepancies
- Strong knowledge of SAP and order lifecycle
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
✅ Candidate Requirements:
- Must have 2+ years of experience in order management
- Should be comfortable with night shifts and working from office
- Experience in international BPO environment is preferred
- Knowledge of retail clients, logistics coordination, and SAP is a strong advantage
