🧾 Job Description:
- Provide voice-based support for international clients (calls, chats, emails)
- Resolve issues related to VPN, Drivers, O365, Active Directory
- Familiarity with tools like ServiceNow, Remedy, Control M preferred
- Basic knowledge of networking, OS platforms, cloud computing
- Troubleshoot Microsoft Office productivity tools
- Strong problem-solving, time management, and communication skills
- Flexible to work in US shifts and rotational schedules
