📋 Job Description – Senior Process Executive (JL 2A)
-
Hands-on experience in US Mortgage operations (Origination, Processing, Underwriting, Post-closing, etc.)
-
Good exposure to FHA, VA, USDA, Conventional Loans
-
Understanding of FNMA & FHLMC guidelines
-
Familiar with LOS (Loan Origination System), AUS, and CRU (Certified Residential Underwriter) preferred
-
Ability to work across wage, pension, SSA, disability, self & rental income types
-
Should be comfortable in Night Shift
-
Excellent communication and reporting skills; strong in MS Office tools
-
Educational and employment documents are mandatory
