🔍 Job Description – GIS Support Role

Infosys BPM is looking for candidates with GIS domain knowledge to handle voice and non-voice data processes for global projects. You’ll support map-based platforms using analytical skills, web research, and precise data handling.

✅ Key Responsibilities

• Perform web-based research, data analysis, and process POI data

• Manage inbound/outbound calls and support voice-based queries

• Ensure quality and accuracy in map-related tasks

• Interpret content and update geographic data accurately

• Multi-task between voice support and data entry

• Work in rotational shifts including night shifts

🧠 Eligibility Criteria

• Any graduate with 1–3 years of GIS experience

• Proficiency in English (written & spoken)

• Comfortable working night shifts / 24×7 rotational shifts

• Excellent interpretation, research & typing skills

• Immediate joiners only (notice period not accepted)
