🎯 Key Responsibilities:

End-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing & onboarding

Partnering with hiring managers to identify staffing needs

Engaging candidates via job portals, social media, LinkedIn, employee referrals

Ensuring candidate experience and coordination across interview stages

Managing offers and maintaining applicant data in ATS
-
Using recruitment analytics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, etc.) for improvement
📌 Required Skills & Qualifications:

MBA/PGDM in HR – mandatory

Proficient in LinkedIn, Naukri, job boards & ATS

Excellent communication & interpersonal skills

Highly organized and target-driven mindset

Strong understanding of hiring laws, HR compliance & global hiring practices
